The Clinic is for anyone who:

- Who struggles with Power or Squat Clean or Jerks.
- Wants to become more efficient in Clean & Jerk workouts
- Wants to increase their 1RM
- Would like to understand the movement better.

Anyone is welcome to attend for learning purposes!

The clinic will be on Thursdays at 5:30pm

$10 per person.
